Support vs live coach
Billing, login, refunds, and data requests are support — email support@cediforge.academy. Lesson help from a person is the optional live coach (₵80 / 30 days). Read about us if you are new, or register to join the classroom.

What is the CediForge support email?
Write support@cediforge.academy. That is the hosting inbox for classroom, payment, refund, and privacy questions.
How fast do you reply?
We read the inbox Monday–Saturday, 8am–8pm GMT. Same-day on most weekdays; refund and payment issues are first.
Is the live coach the same as support?
No. Support is free via support@cediforge.academy. The live coach is a paid ₵80 pass for lesson help.
