Terms of use

CediForge Academy is a Ghana-first training site. Read about us, the privacy policy, and refunds and returns with this page. Questions: support@cediforge.academy or contact us.

1. The agreement

When you create an account, pay, or use the classroom, you enter a contract with CediForge Academy under the laws of Ghana. If you do not agree, do not register or pay.

2. The classroom

We publish six blueprints (pre-orders, ecommerce, content, dropshipping, marketing, freelancing), a journal, an in-lesson tutor, and an optional live coach. Content is educational. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice and it does not guarantee income.

3. Fees and access

• Registration plus Paystack payment of ₵50 opens every blueprint for 72 hours.
• After that window, each course is ₵40 to keep.
• Live coach is ₵80 for 30 days, separate from class access.

Access is digital and starts when Paystack confirms. We do not post physical goods. Refunds are described on refunds and returns.

4. Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on the account. One person per login — do not share classroom access. We may freeze an account that is shared, abusive, or used to copy lessons for resale. Ask us to close an account at support@cediforge.academy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Scrape, clone, or republish lessons, worksheets, or tutor output as your own course
• Attack the site, probe other accounts, or overload the tutor
• Use the classroom to commit fraud, spam, or anything illegal in Ghana
• Upload malware or content that is hateful or sexually exploitative

We may remove content or close accounts that break this list.

6. Our materials

Lessons, worksheets, the CediForge name, and the struck-C mark belong to CediForge Academy. You get a personal licence to use them for your own hustle while you have access. You do not get the right to sell our curriculum.

7. Tutor and live coach

The in-lesson tutor is software. It can be wrong. Check prices, suppliers, and laws yourself. The live coach is a human add-on with hours posted on the coach page. Support tickets still go to support@cediforge.academy, not the coach chat.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the classroom up, but hosting, Paystack, or mail can fail. We are not liable for downtime, lost profits, or a deal that does not close after you follow a lesson. Our liability for a paid item is limited to the amount you paid for that item, except where Ghana law says we cannot limit it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Courts in Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any non-waivable consumer right you have.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms, except where the law requires extra notice.
